The Legacy of Elise Allen Reynolds
Elise Allen Reynolds was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Edward and Fannie Julia Allen. She was one of eight children, seven girls and one boy. Elise was raised up in North Philadelphia. She was educated in the public school system, she graduated from Kane High School, where she was involved in many activities and received her Diploma. Elise was blessed to be raised by a godly mother who kept her in church. she was blessed to be baptized in Jesus name at her brother's church, True Word Apostolic Church.
In 1979 Lisa as we called her met Randy Reynolds while working at the YMCA. They were married on March 29,1980. They were the love of each others life for forty years.
To this union three children were born. Tamika Reynolds Fleming, Stacy Reynolds and Randy Reynolds Jr. Lisa had great work ethics, instilled in her by her mother. She worked at Jacquin Liquor Company and later working for WaWa Company  for twenty-four years. Lisa had a bubbly personality. She was kind and caring and giving and an open-hearted person. The community in which she lived respected her. Lisa in recent years became a member of Greater Bethel Temple Church under the pastorate of Bishop Benjamin Fisher, bringing her children along with her. She enjoyed being a grandmother to her four grandchildren and loved other children as well. Lisa loved karate movies, spending time with family and friends, and shopping. When Lisa entered a room she brought smiles and laughter and joy. We are glad to report that Lisa loved the Lord. On Saturday morning, January30,2021 the Lord released her from her mortal body. Our hearts are heavy but we rejoice that she is no longer suffering. To God be the glory, He never makes any mistakes. She leaves to mourn her passing her loving husband Randy Reynolds, her children Tamika Reynolds Fleming (son-in-law Barry Fleming), Stacy Reynolds and Randy Reynolds Jr,  Grandchildren, Symire, Gregory, Shalayah and Zaina. Six sisters, Beverly Scott, Fannie Mae Allen, Rosemary Marshall, Patricia Smith, Florence (Kevin B Sr)Williams, Carla Jean Coward. Her sister Carrie Baldwin and Brother Robert Scott also her parents preceded her in death. Five brother-in-laws and One sister-in-law Russell (Veria) Reynolds, Rudell Reynolds, Michael Reynolds, Barney Reynolds, and Rodney Reynolds, One brother-in-law John Reynolds preceded her in death. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Three special friends dear to her heart, Joanne Lacy, Henrietta Williams, and Christina Fleming.
