Susan (Mom Dukes) 66, passed away at her residence in Philadelphia, Pa surrounded with love from her family. Susan was preceded in death by her daughter Linda her parents Peter J and Dorcos J Costa, her brothers Joseph and Peter Costa. Susan is survived by her beloved husband Robert A. Belz Sr, of 48 years and her beloved children Susan(John), Christine and Robert Jr(Megan); her grandchildren Caitlyn and Alyssa Hopkins, Shawn Belz, Serenity Belz, Giovanna Saponara and Anastasia Belz; her great granddaughter Abagale Rose: her brothers Paul, William, and David Costa and her loving dog Buddy Hope.
